Refund policy

1. Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time in the subscription management page — access stays until the end of the paid period.
2. If the service did not work for you, write to support@creative-agents.app within 14 days of payment and we will refund the last payment.
3. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Refunds return to the same card.
